Avinash Azad Early Times Report Jammu, Apr 16: Much hyped, Chief Minister's grievance cell has failed to help a widow, who had filed a complaint against land grabbers nearly three years ago. Banso Devi, a widow filed a complaint on complaint monitoring portal launched by J&K government for e-governance and early redresal of the people's complaints, on January 25, 2014. "My mother Banso Devi wife of late Bias Dev, resident of Katli, Samba filed online complaint no. 45448, against Land grabber and others, who grabbed a piece of land belonged to her and assaulted her on November 29, 2013", said Rakesh son of the victim. He further said that the land grabber is powerful and has proximity with local MLA, who defends 'criminal' activities of his men.
