Jammu, Feb 16: All J&K School Education Department Clerical Employees Association (SEDCEA) today extended its support to pen down strike's call given by ADCSA.
According to press release, an emergency meeting of the representatives of All J&K School Education Department Clerical Employees Association was held under the leadership of Bharat Bushan Kotwal, President of the Association including Javed Hashmi, Ansuya Gupta, Subash Iamwal, Dinesh Gupta, Sham Prasad, Rampal Sharma, Kuldeep Singh, Munshi Ram and others.
It was unanimously decided to support the Pen Down Strike and to assemble in front of Press Club, Jammu on 23-02-2017 on the call given by Babu Hussain Malik, President, Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh All Departments Clerical Staff Association to implement the orders of the High Court vide SWP No, 3058/2015 and Contempt No. 25/2016 in letter and spirit regarding removal at Pay Anomalies of the Clerical cadre at an earliest. The other demands include.
Removal of pay anomalies of clerical cadre by giving Grade of 4000-6000 to Junior Assistant and 4500-7000 to Senior Assistant and 5500-9000 to Head Assistant and stenographers, D.P.C in all the departments after every six months and reorganization of the clerical cadre outside the Civil Secretariat on the pattern of Civil Secretariat, implementation of the 7th Pay Commiss10n on the pattern of Central Government in the state, Increase of Medical Allowance from Rs. 300/- p.m to Rs. 2000/- p.m, Dislocation allowance to all the officials who are posted outside their home district, Regularization of Daily wagers/ Adhoc/Contractual employees/ Anganwari workers, Helpers and Asha Workers.
