Jammu, Feb 16: With the objective to promote literary activities and to encourage poets and writers of different languages, the Adbi Kunj - a literary organization organized a special poetic criticism meet at its literary centre in the premises of Kidzee School Talab Tillo.
A large number of poets, writers of different languages and different walks of life participated in the meeting which was presided over by prominent Urdu and Kashmiri poet and writer from Baramulla Kashmir Tanha Nazami. Well known Urdu poet S Malik Singh Wafa was the Guest of honour whereas a senior member of the organization Raj Kamal conducted the proceeding of the meet. At the onset of meeting Sham Talib President of the organization congratulated to a young upcoming poet Vinod Katib for getting his title (Urdu) Hosla in Devnagri (Hindi) script. He also highlighted various initiatives organized by the Adbi Kunj. During the programme, Tahna Nizami (Baramulla) Santosh Nadan, Masoom Kishtwari (Kishtwar) Dr. Matloob (Doda), Bashir-Ul-Haq (Kashmir) Urdu Bishan Dass Khak (Muthi), Raz Reyaz Sohil (Banihal), Ashok Muntiq Urdu/Dogri, Romesh Rahi, Aarash Rajpuri, (Punjabi), Raj Kamal, Shashmer Singh (Pathankot) (Hindi), Sanjeev Kumar, Raj Kumar Sahil (Srinagar), Rajeev Kumar (Gojari) Manzoor Badana (Kargali), Mohammad Bakar Ali Saba and Sham Talib recited their ghazals in Urdu, Hindi, Dogri and Punjabi.
In the end Aarash Rajpuri Chairman Adbi Kunj J&K Jammu presented vote of thanks to the gathering.
