District Jammu Inter-School Competition concludes

Jammu, Apr 20: Inter School District Level Competitions of District Jammu in the disciplines of Badminton, Chess, Table Tennis and Carrom U/14 and U/17 yrs Girls concluded today at M.A Stadium Indoor Complex Jammu. The competitions were organized by Department Of Youth Services and Sports District Jammu under the Chairmanship of Jt. Director Youth Services & Sports Jammu, Madan Lal and under the overall supervision of DYSSO Jammu, Sukhdev Raj Sharma.
Today's Result:
In Carrom U/14 Girls Singles final, Sheetal Lakhotra of GGHS Sohanjana stood 1st
while Avintika of SOS stood 2nd whereas in Carrom U/14 Girls Doubles final, Krutika and vanishika of DBN Amarvilla stood 1st whereas Gazal and Priyanka of Wazir Janki Nath stood 2nd
In Carrom U/17 Girls Singles final, Sukhpreet of BSF Paloura stood1st while Vanishka of St. Frances Akhnoor stood 2nd whereas in Carrom U/17 Girls Doubles final, Sofia and Kamakshi of HSS Canal Road stood 1st while Mamta and Riya of GGHS Sohanjana stood 2nd. Matches were officiated by Kamal Singh, Vineet, Amit Kalsi, Seema mehra and Mayank Jain.
In Badmenton U/14 Girls (Final), Heritage beat DPS by 2-0 set whereas in badminton singles Pranjal beat Ananiya and in doubles Pranjal and Suhani beat Krishika and Ritika In Badminton U/17 Girls (Final), JK Public School beat APS Domana by 2-1 set whereas in Singles, Harsita beat Nupur and in doubles Niddi and Nupur beat Harista and Sakshi while in Reverse Singles, Kanishka beat sonakshi. In Table Tennis U/14 Girls (Final), DPS beat GD Goenka by 3-2 set whereas in Table Tennis U/17 Girls (Final), Presentation Convent beat GD Goenka by 3-2 set Matches were officiated by Sandeep, Gourav Sharma, Neeru Jabalia and Rainder Singh. In Chess U'/14 Girls Final, Bhavna of APS Sunjwan stood 1st while Samridhi of APS Miran Sahib stood 2nd whereas in Chess U'/17 Girls Final, Rishi of BSF Paloura stood1st while Isha of APS Miran Sahib stood 2nd.
