Early Times Report
Jammu, Apr 20: Taking a strong note of simultaneous arrangements of protests across educational institutions in Kashmir Valley, the state government has reportedly asked security agencies to identify organisers of these violent protests.
According to highly placed sources, the security agencies have been assigned a task to identify handlers of street protests and the source of their networking.
"Although the government had closed down educational institutions as a preventive measure, it asked security agencies to find out the organisers of these protests," the sources said, adding that it is believed that some government employees are involved in instigating students, besides triggering protests.
The sources maintained that earlier the government had launched a drive to identify government employees involved in street protests and over 100 people were named in leading stone pelters.
"When state government started identifying employees involved in street protests on the directions of Centre, over three lists of 100 people were prepared, but it was later on discontinued due to re

ons best known to the state government," said the sources, adding that now again security forces are being asked to prepare list of people involved in instigating protests in schools, colleges and universities.
If the sources are to be believed, the government is mooting over to de-link educational institutions from protests and violence.
"The special members of the security agencies have been assigned task to counsel parents, so that education may not suffer," said the sources, adding that to end this cycle of violence in educational institutions, school staff has also been incorporated to reach out students.
The sources said that the handlers of violence are deliberately igniting unrest in educational institutions.
"They are deliberately keeping educational institutions hub of violence by making students shield. This is apparently an attempt to malign image of security forces, who had to take action against unruly mob," said the sources.
Pertinent to mention, educational institutions across Kashmir, as a part of well hatched conspiracy, have simultaneously taken to streets since past three days.
