Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 21: Youth under the banner of All J&K Newly Recruited Non-Gazetted Employees (AJKNRNGE) today staged a protest demonstration in support of their demand of immediate abrogation of new recruitment policy-SRO-202.
While showing resentment towards the implementation of such a policy, employees held a strong protest as a mark of utter disappointment. They argued that the degrees are just a piece for the Government, it's better to work on roads where at least they would earn Rs 400-500/day.
The state Government is taking the issue very lightly, but they should gauge the intensity of the issue well in advance.
Protest by Civil Department Employees and Police personnel is not a small issue, this is the first time in the history of state government that police trainees have protested.
Government should immediately revoke the New Recruitment Policy", said one of the Protestor. Similar Protests were held in every nook and corner of the state by employees in order to get forth the demand of immediate abrogation of New Recruitment Policy. All J&K Newly Appointed Employees urged the Government.
to roll back New Recruitment Policy (SRO-202) as soon as possible.
