Early Times Report

Jammu, May 20: Despite disclosure of names of the accused of Kulgam Sex racket by the victim, efforts to hush-up the case are on , as the victim named some politicians and police officers. However, but the state Chief, Ravinder Raina today claimed that justice will be done with the victim.
Raina who is also MLA from Nowshera constituency of District Rajouri, taking over new responsibility to take party on new heights in state, had invited the militants to join main stream and even participate in elections.
Today while talking to Early Times he said he would go to any extent to ensure justice to victim, who was trapped in flesh-trade by female sex racketeer. "The victim dared the nexus and exposed them before media, we should unitedly initiate campaign against the culprits", Raina said.
Raina who is on three day tour of his constituency, telephonically, claimed that he would raise issue in the upcoming assembly session in Srinagar. "I will call a report into the matter from Deputy Commissioner as well as Superintendent of Police Kulgam, I will meet Chief Minister for an independent probe into matter", he said and added that if, needed he would raise the issue in the house of people.
"I assure you, as well the victim and her family, no one will be deprived of justice under BJP's rule in County", he said. "They (sex racketeer) have done cruelty, brutality on victim, trapped her into flesh trade, they deserve exemplary punishment and i will not let them go whosoever, they are", he said.
The victim girl had alleged that she had been pushed into flesh trade and a station house officer had raped her during her stay in a Jammu hotel. "I along with other girls who have been trapped flesh trade, were being taken to Jammu for the purpose", the victim had alleged.
According to the victim girl, the alleged mastermind, Meema, and her daughter had taken her to Jammu along with another girl from Kokernag, where they stayed in hotel in the Gumat area. The parents, 16 years old, victim, on January 21 filed complaint of missing of their daughter at Kulgam Police Station, who had been missing for seven days. Astonishingly, the matter did not get attention of Kashmir valley's leaders who always talk about human rights and international issues.
