7/21/2018 11:35:26 PM

Early Times Report
Jammu, July 21: Decision of BJP's national general secretary Ram Madhav to cancel his visit to Jammu at the last minutes has raised many questions and there is discussions among party leaders that it is all due to Lal Singh factor that party's strongman had cancelled his visit.
Credible sources said that BJP had planned meetings of Ram Madhav at Bani, Basohli and Billawar but party had not received good response from these areas because for party workers blamed Madhav for demonize Dogra community by accepting demand of former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti to remove Choudhary Lal Singh and Chander Parkash Ganga from ministerships. "Due to fear of peoples' anger against Ram Madhav, especially for his role in accepting PDP's dictates in Rassana case, BJP had postponed his visit to Jammu", sources said and despite coming out of the coalition people of Jammu region are still annoyed with the BJP leadership for its anti-Dogra role in Rassana case.
Credible sources said it was due to fear of peoples' anger that Ram Madhav had cancelled his visit to Jammu because there was no reason to organize meeting of party leaders at Jammu only.
As reported Ram Madhav who was scheduled to have a two days visit of Jammu from Saturday to attend the party programmes at different places, had cancelled his visit due to his pre-occupation in a Party programme at Union Capital.
Ram Madhav had played a very important role in stitching alliance with PDP after 2014 Assembly elections and he along with former Finance Minister, Dr Haseeb Drabu had drafted Agenda of Alliance (AoA) for the government. Even after death of Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, it was again Ram Madhav who had single handedly re-stitched alliance with PDP under the leadership of Mehbooba Mufti.
