Police recovered 2 missing children's within 24 hrs of registeration of FIR

Kishtwar, Jan 11: In a speedy action after receipt of a written complaint from one Abdul Rashid son of Fateh Mohammad Resident of Checha Nagseeni on 10-1-2019 by SHO PS Kishtwar in which the complainant stated that his childern(s) namely Hakim Din age14/15 and Umar Din age7/8 years who had gone to Kishtwar on 5th of january to the house of one Abdul Rashid Son of Habibulla Resident of Umar Mohlla for pursuing their studies were missing from same date.
During enquiry he also expressed his doubt on some suspects identified by him as Rafiq Gujjar and Aquib Gujjar Resident of Checha Nagseeni)who according to him were involved in kidnapping of his children's.
On receipt of this information as both the missing childrens were minor as per directions issued by SC of India, FIR was registered in this instant case under FIR No 6/2019 u/Sec 363 RPC at PS Kishtwar.
After registration of an FIR, SSP kishtwar Rajinder Gupta constitutes a team led by Dy. SP Hqrs Ayaz Sheikh and I/C SHO PS Kishtwar Farooq Khateeb to enquiry into the matter on fast track basis sonthat the whereabouts of missing kids could ascertain and handed over to the parents.
Accordingly police team led by SHO PS Kishtwar question the Sumo driver and raided few places and finally recovered the missing children's who were later handed over to the family members after completing all legal formalities. As per Kishtwar police, further investigations I'd going on, beside few suspects have also been detained for questioning to ascertain the exact circumstances in which both the children's went missing and the motto behind the same.
