Ayurvedic medical treatment in India
Panacea for all the diseases
Ravi Bhushan Suri9/6/2019 10:39:12 PM
Ayurvedic medical treatment in India is considered to be the panacea for all the diseases. The ancient Indian medical system, also known as Ayurveda, is based on ancient writings that rely on a "natural" and holistic approach to physical and mental health. Ayurvedic medicine is one of the world's oldest medical systems and remains one of India's traditional health care systems. Ayurvedic treatment combines products (mainly derived from plants, but may also include animal, metal, and mineral), diet, exercise, and lifestyle. A few studies suggest that Ayurvedic preparations may reduce pain and increase function in people with osteoarthritis and help manage symptoms in people with type 2 diabetes, but most of these trials are small or not well-designed. There is little scientific evidence on Ayurveda's value for other health issues. Pertinent to mention that in the olden days, the people of the country had adopted the system of the medical treatment by using the Ayurvedic means and the philosophy of devised by our Gurus, Saints and the Soofis in the ancient times. It had maintained the edge over the Allophathic way of the medical treatment in India for the centuries together.
During the RAMRAJAY under the regime of the Maryada Purshotam Shri Ram Chander Ji, when his younger brother Laxman Ji got injured during the battle with RAVANA, he was treated with the SANJEEVNI BHOOTY brought by Hanuman Ji from the mountain and Laxman Ji was made alright within the minutes resulting which Laxman Ji joined the ongoing battle with RAVANA once again and ultimately they remained as the victorious in the battle over the MATA SITA JI 's issue. As the history reveals that based upon the philosophy of the Ayurveda, the other countries over the Globe started adopting the Ayurvedic way of the medical treatment of the various diseases in their precious lives.
In the Jammu region, various medical professionals of the national fame who had contributed a lot for the humanity were Hakim Dawani wala, Dr. Sobti, Dr. Shankhiyadhar, Hakim Vishwa Nath, Hakim Moga Sokra wale, Multani Hakim, Dr. L.C. Gupta and many others.
Apart from them, there were numerous famous Hakims in Ayurvedic sciences who had contributed a lot in the field of the Ayurvedic philosophy in curing the ailing patients for the medical ailments. The people of the country as per the experience goes, are turning to this philosophy as they feel more protected as compared to the Allophathic treatment for the various diseases. Turmeric, an herb often used in Ayurvedic preparations, may help with ulcerative colitis, but the two studies reporting this were small - one, published in 2005 included 10 people while the other, published in 2006, had 89.What the Science Says About the Safety of Ayurvedic Medicines. Some Ayurvedic preparations include metals, minerals, or gems. A preliminary and small NCCIH-funded 2011 pilot study with 43 people found that conventional and Ayurvedic treatments for rheumatoid arthritis were similarly effective. The conventional drug tested was methotrexate and the Ayurvedic treatment included 40 herbal compounds. Builds on earlier investigations in breast cancer survivors that found a positive effect of integrated Ayurvedic medicine on improved quality of life; new research will evaluate ways to make this intervention easier to incorporate into peoples' lives. The proposed Ayurvedic intervention includes diet, lifestyle, yoga, and pressure point treatment. Studies the mechanism by which an extract from Butea monosperma (BME) flowers may protect against joint destruction from osteoarthritis (BME is widely used in Ayurveda for arthritis and other inflammatory diseases in India).
Now once again the people of the entire country have developed the full faith over the philosophy of the Ayurvedic way of life these days.
Various Gurus,Saints and the Soofis of the country in the past and at present Baba Ram Dev is contributing a lot towards this philosophy of the Ayurveda these days and over the years he has build up his own business empire under the name of the Pitanjli and has made a dent in the field of the Aurvedic treatment for meeting with requirements to deal with the various ailments. Pitanjli, all over India and even Abroad, has its units and the outlets for the convenience of the users of the Ayurvedic products and the medicines. As per the available resources, the Pitanjli has crossed the business turn over more than 10000 crores of rupees in a year. The role of the Pitanjali Chief Baba Ram Dev is exemplary one as he has propagated the yoga and the Ayurveda way of life to the people of the country and in abroad also. Under the Pitanjali brand , he is providing the numerous medicines and the products for the help of the ailing people in one way or the other. His branded products and the Ayurvedic medicines have become very popular among the massesof the country and the foreigners as well. Sometimes, he goes abroad also for preaching the philosophy of the Ayurvedic sciences and the Yoga as well. Regularly, he is getting the good response from the people of the country and the foreigners also. The people of the country and the foreigners have developed the full faith over the use of the Aurvedic products and the medicines at large. When we talk of the skin ailments, its treatment is very costly under the Allophathic treatment as the skin ointments are very costly but when we draw a comparison with Ayurvedic philosophy, these are very cheaper (prepared by the Hakims or the Ayurvedic Doctors themselves) as they are costing ranging from 30to 40 rupees in value.
A qualified BAMS Doctor is presently running a medical clinic at Nagrota just nearer to Sainik school and is treating and curing the patients having the old skin ailments with his expertise and the wisdom since many years. He is known by the name as Piyush Gautam. The people of Jammu especially have developed the full faith on him after having experienced the relief and cure from him. I too have been benefitted from him as my some skin problem has been solved by him in the short span of the time.
Piyush Gautam sees the ailing skin patients at his clinic for four days at Nagrota and on every Friday he visits Katra and on Saturday and Sunday he goes to the villages of Krishanpur and Manwal in Majalta Block of Udhampur District regularly where he examines and treats the ailing skin patients without any fail. He is very economical as he does not charge any fees and only provides the medicines and the skin ointments at the very cheaper rates.
Dr. Piyush Gautam is enriched with the experience and the expertise in the skin ailments, he does not go for the tests. His this act saves the money of the skin patients and based upon his rich experience he does the PAKKA ILLAZ of the patients due to which they get the 100 % relief. The people of the Jammu region pray to the Almighty to provide him the courage and the strength as he is being considered as the gift of the Almighty to the people ailing with the skin problems.
It is also worth mentioning that he acquired the knowledge and the expertise from his beloved father who had served the Indian Army by remaining in the AMC and was posted at the AFMC, Pune for a pretty long time. He remained associated with the very competent Skin specialists of the AMC, His father remained instrumental for his fame as a doctor dealing with the skin ailments.
The wife of Dr.Piyush Gautam is also a MBBS Doctor doing the job as a Doctor in the government set up.
