|Jammu needs leaders, who can work for people: Munish|

JAMMU, Sep 10: Editor, Early Times, Munish Gupta, on Tuesday asked people to strengthen his hands to put Jammu on the path of development.
Carrying forward his mass contact programme in Rani Bagh, Munish said," Jammu needs leaders, who can work for the welfare of the people. We can not keep on running after the leaders, who during all these years had just fed us with slogans while kept us deprived of our basic rights."
"I have made a humble attempt to reach out to people by taking a plunge into politics," said Munish, who would be contesting the forthcoming assembly elections as an independent candidate from Gandhi Nagar Constituency.
He said," It is become imperative for all of us to wake up and feel the change around us. Jammu & Kashmir has been reorganized and it will be now managed by the centre directly. The gates of development have been opened and it is a golden chance for us to utilize this opportunity."
Munish said," I know that people don't trust the politicians anymore as they have been left in lurch by the leaders, who represented them in the past. I assure you that if I win the elections, I will try my best to resolve the issues which confront a common man."
