No mention of Kashmir yet another slap on Imran Khan's face
Xi-Jinping's India visit may have saved PoK

Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 14: Chinese President, Xi-Jinping, not even mentioning Kashmir during his 2-day visit to India has dealt yet another blow to Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan and his bosses, who left no stone unturned to internationalize Kashmir.
An analyst while talking to Early Times said, "Just one day before the visit of the Chinese President to India, Imran Khan, along with his Army Chief General Bajwa had visited Beijing. Pakistani media had started claiming that the duo wanted to send a message to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi through Xi-Jinping that India should start talking to Pakistan."
He said, "Both the leaders, Chinese President and PM Modi held detailed talks for the two days and the summit ended on a positive note with PM Modi assuring that India won't take any steps which could escalate tensions in the region. There was no mention of Kashmir nor did the Chinese President make any attempt to rake up the issue. It's a clear message to Pakistan that even its old friend China, which has invested heavily in the economic corridor, which passes through the Pakistan occupied Kashmir, doesn't take Pak leadership seriously."
The analyst said that the another point the Chennai-Connect summit has proved is that China wants to have cordial relationship with our country and it wants to stay away from the internal issues of India. "Isolation of Pakistan at the international forum has driven home a point that no country in the world supports terrorism and no one is ready to buy the Pakistan theory that Kashmir is a dispute. World community including the Islamic countries, have not entertained the cricketer turned politician and incumbent Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan. All the countries have just dismissed the Kashmir rant of Pakistan and has even conveyed clearly to its leadership that it should stop threatening the world with the threat of a nuclear war," the analyst added.
Another observer said, "Recent visit of the Chinese President seems to have saved Pakistan occupied Kashmir as the Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the summit said that India won't escalate the tensions in the region."
"Since the day Pak based terror outfit JeM carried out the suicide attack at Pulwama in south Kashmir, India has been eyeing the PoK. Senior BJP ministers have minced no words to stake the claim over PoK, which has been illegally occupied by Pakistan and has become a safe haven for terrorists and their masters.
Pakistan should thank the skies for still being able to hold on to PoK. Indian troops were fully prepared. They were just waiting for the marching orders," a defence analyst said.
