The thrust of the four technical sessions was to bring forth local to global dynamics, stories and experiences of women, men and third gender by experts from their respective fields. Rich in content and stimulating discussion explored the role of the state, academia, judiciary, media and civil society in advancing women’s agency to leverage policy and aspirations of marginalized, vulnerable and those living on the edge communities.
